Gary’s passion is improving the relationship that happens between frontline staff and those who support them. He has served as a Vice President of Operations for a large CCRC in the East Coast of the United States. Gary is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He has served on numerous boards and presented at regional, national and international conferences. He has also served as an adjunct faculty for Temple University. Gary has the unique ability to see to the heart of things and help people be the best version of themselves.
Most recently, Gary has partnered with the Center for Applied Research in Dementia to develop and implement a Montessori Inspired Lifestyle for persons with dementia and their care partners. This method invokes principles and values of respect, equality and dignity in everything we do. It is an invitation to a transformational movement in our world culture that is based on abilities and possibilities.
