There’s a Whole in My Memory

Wally Cox, Dementia Alliance International (DAI) Member, Former DAI Board of Directors got together with Jennifer Carson, Ph.D., Director, Dementia Engagement, Reimagining Dementia and created a fun two-minute video that we think you will enjoy.

Wally (aka Henry) and Jennifer (aka Liza) sing an amusing song, written by Wally that is based on the very old tune “There’s a Hole in My Bucket Dear Liza.” In Wally’s rendition, Henry tells Liza that the doctor told him there’s a hole in his memory. As the tune ends Liza tells Henry to fix the hole in his memory with the good parts of the world—joy, love and peace. Henry fills the hole and with his mind at ease, it is made whole.
